Tour Plan

Day 1

Welcome to Medan! Upon arrival at Kualanamu International Airport, you’ll be greeted warmly by our friendly local representative. Your journey begins with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, offering a taste of authentic regional cuisine to start your adventure on a flavorful note.

After lunch, we’ll travel toward Parapat, passing through the bustling town of Pematang Siantar, famous for its lush rubber and palm oil plantations. Along the way, we’ll make a brief stop at Toko Paten, a well-known shop where you can sample and purchase traditional snacks like teng-teng and ting-ting — unique peanut-based sweets beloved by locals and tourists alike.

Upon arrival in Parapat, you’ll check into your hotel and have some time to rest. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a lakeside restaurant while taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Toba, the largest volcanic lake in the world. After dinner, enjoy some free time to relax and immerse yourself in the peaceful ambiance of this iconic destination.

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to Ajibata Port for a scenic boat ride to Samosir Island, located in the heart of Lake Toba. On this cultural excursion, we’ll visit Tomok Village, home to the ancient tombs of King Sidabutar, the Batak Museum, and other historical relics. You’ll also have the chance to witness the famous Sigale-gale puppet dance (optional, personal expense), a traditional Batak performance, and browse the vibrant local market for souvenirs.

We then return to Parapat for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our journey toward Berastagi, a charming highland town. En route, we’ll pass through Simarjarunjung, where you can enjoy (at your own expense) a cup of traditional ginger tea and a snack of fried bananas while taking in panoramic views of Lake Toba from above.

Next, we’ll stop at Tongging Village to marvel at the spectacular Sipiso-piso Waterfall, one of Indonesia’s tallest waterfalls, cascading down from the highlands into the depths of the lake. We then head to Berastagi to visit Gundailing Hill, the Fruit Market, and the stunning Shwedagon Pagoda replica at Lumbini Park.

As the day winds down, we travel to Medan via Sembahe. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant before indulging in the famous Ucok Durian (own expense) – a must-try experience for durian lovers. Check-in at your hotel and rest up for your final day.

Day 3

After breakfast, it's time to explore the rich cultural tapestry of Medan City. The tour begins with visits to several iconic religious and historical landmarks: the Graha Annai Velangkanni Church, a striking Indo-Mogul Catholic shrine; Vihara Gunung Timur, the city’s largest Buddhist temple; Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple, and the Great Mosque (Masjid Raya). You'll also visit the magnificent Maimun Palace, a royal heritage site that showcases the grandeur of the Deli Sultanate.
